Lot Description:A cloisonne enamel tripod censer and cover, Qing dynasty, 18th century
of segmented squat globular form tapering to the short conical feet, decorated with continuous lotus scrolls of different coloured blooms among green foliage below a band of lotus and floretts around the short mouth, all reserved on a turquoise ground, the broad everted gilt-bronze rim with a key-fret border and set with double rope twist loop handles, the gilt domed cover pierced with two dragons pursuing a flaming pearl amongst clouds encircling the pierced conical knop
