    This work is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Titjikala Art Centre, Santa Teresa, Northern Territory which states: ‘Aboriginal people and children created toys to play with out of discarded tins and wire. Out of this creativity a genre of bush toy­making has developed. The wealth of detail and peculiarities of construction in these bush toys reflect the depth of knowledge Johnny obtained in his years spent mustering and working as a stockman.’
