• Notes:
  William Wyatt (Jr) was born in South Australia, the son of William Wyatt (Snr), surgeon, landowner and public servant (1804-86). A sketchbook by Wyatt (Jr) is held in the National Library of Australia. A handful of other works are also held in the State Libraries of NSW and SA. The image is probably a scene somewhere in the Adelaide Hills, a short distance from the young settlement of Adelaide.
