Modelled as a carnation, the petals pavé-set with circular-cut pink sapphires, supported by a calyx similarly set with tsavorite garnets and a tapered stalk embellished with brilliant-cut diamonds between curling leaves decorated with tsavorite garnets, length approximately 131mm, signed Tiffany & Co.
