Lot Description:A large and impressive Regency bronze mounted ebonised and giltwood convex girandole, circa 1810
the later plate within a ribbed and beaded reverse-profile frame mounted with orbs, flanked by a pair of scrolling candle-branches with camel head terminals to each side, the feathered apron centred by a coiled serpent, the whole surmounted by a substantial rock form bracket supporting a spread-eagle suspending a ball-and-chain from its beak.
