Seven long deep sea giant tube worm bodies
made of chitin, these tubes offer protection to the worms against predators, they are found on the floor of the Pacific Ocean near "black smokers" (hydro-thermal vents) reaching lengths of 2.4m. Lengths 770-440, maximum dia. 60.
