    A pair of famille rose porcelain "landscape" painting panels by Wang Yeting (1884-1942)
    one panel decorated with a fisherman on a boat under an overhanging cliff, the other panel with three people standing on an arched bridge, and a thatched pavilion under williow trees perched atop a cliff; both inscribed and signed; wood frame.

  • References:
    Wang Yeting was one of the well known members of the Jingdezhen porcelain painting group known as the "Eight Friends of Zhushan". See also a plaque signed by Wang Yeting from Anthony Evans Collection, Bonham's, 17/5/2012, lot 397
