  with 'Jubilee International Exhibition 1887/Royal Commission for SA' imprint at lower-left, to London with De La Rue 2d orange with 'O.S.' Overprint x9 - including three pairs - tied by six good to fine strikes of the 'JUBILEE EXHIBITION/ 3 /OC22/87/S-A' squared-circle (rated RR), Adelaide transit & London arrival b/s of NO26/87, repaired tear at the base & the two panels have been separated & rejoined. A remarkable Official cover. [Illustrated in "The Hand-Held Postmarks of South Australia" (2013) at page J5. The rate was 9x2d = 1/6d]
