having 9 carat gold and sterling silver gaming pieces, the embossed coloured leather board with gilt lettering and fitted within a Honduras rosewood (Dalbergia stevensonii) frame and case, containing: thirty two silver houses, twelve 9 carat gold hotels, six playing pieces, comprising: a silver thimble, boot and iron, a 9 carat gold purse, motor car and sailing boat, a gilt embossed leather die shaker and rule book, together with the remaining gaming equipment
