the reticulated pierced body as woven rope work, the shaped panels finely painted with female figures and children within a coastal landscape, traditional tones with gilt enrichments, conforming domed reticulated cover with small repair, gilt marks on red including the Shimazu family crest. Height 150, diameter 140. -
