  square shouldered shape with square stopper, painted with a blue and yellow cartouche flanked by sword and crosier and surmounted by a crown. Inscribed with black alchemical symbol and lettering on white background label: ì? C: C: VOL:" (omega: C: C: volitilis?). Height 145.

  A 19thC London pharmacist, William Thomas Robinson, to his son by bequest, thence to his daughter our vendor.
