    Mr and Mrs Elliot, of Payneham, Adelaide, South Australia, had a business called Super Elliot Bicycles and a small private museum of items they collected on their travels around the world. In the 1930's or 1940's they visited Canada and purchased this item from the Indians. The vendor, Michael Dodd, inherited the items from his aunt, who was step-daughter to Mr and Mrs Elliot."
