    dated 1836 on both main springs, signed Durland A. Paris on the silvered engine turned dial. Movement by renowned maker Honore de Pons. The case of patinated bronze trimmed with gilt bronze. Surmounted with figure of the Roman Emperor Justinian, one arm resting on his codex of the laws of Rome. 8 day silk suspension movement, striking on a bell. A very fine clock. Comes with key & pendulum. Recently serviced in good working order, 50cm H x 43cm W
