  A large and impressive 18ct. white gold, diamond, pearl and coloured stone peacock pendant/brooch
  the peacock perched above a large South Sea cultured pearl of approx. 17.8mm diameter, white in colour and of ‘very good lustre’, the peacock’s tail fanning below with open scroll work, entirely encrusted with 901 diamonds totalling 9.67ct. and 260 round standard mixed cut mixed gem stones including garnets and blue and yellow sapphires. A spectacular item reminiscent of a maharaja’s turban jewel.
