  Rebacked. Elaborately decorated boards with gilt Takahe centre front. Scuffing to lower boards and rubbing to extremities. Chipping to spines. Hinges reinforced. Foxing to endpapers and occasional foxing to contents. Spotting to several plates, mostly on the margins. 50 plates by Keulemans featuring 80 species with accompanying text being more detailed than the first edition. A good set. G. [2].
