  Group of 3 to Corporal R R Wilberfoss, NZEF.
  (i) 1914-15 Star (1/290 Cpl R R Wilberfoss, NZEF). (ii) British War Medal 1914-18 (1/290 Cpl R R Wilberfoss, NZEF). (iii) Victory Medal 1919 (1/290 Cpl R R Wilberfoss, NZEF). With some research notes.
• Provenance:
  Gift from Mrs Wilberfoss.
• Notes:
  Corporal Roger H Wilberfoss was born in Christchurch in 1889. Member of the Samoan Advance Party or Samoan Expeditionary Force in 1914, B Company. Returned to NZ in 1915 and discharged. Re-enlisted in 1916 as part of 22 Reinforcements and served in France. He arrived back in NZ and discharged in 1919. Died at Days Bay, Eastbourne, Wellington 7 October 1961. His name appears on the Eastbourne War Memorial.
