Notes:Gilbert Finlay Pulsford, from Wellington, Samoa Advance Party & 4th Reinforcements, Otago Regiment, Awarded Meritorious Service Medal, London Gazette, 17 June 1918 (NZ General Orders 1918/585 p.62) for services during operations at Belle Vue Spur and Becelaere, October 1917-February 1918. Approximately 318 MSM awarded to New Zealanders. Died 20 March 1920 at Wellington.
