  w/3c '22 Years' (engraved), '30 Years' and '38 Years' (No 2252 Constable Kelly, A J, NZ Police 1934). No ribbon. With service record.
• Notes:
  Albert Joseph Kelly was born on 31 July 1897; labourer; sworn as a temporary constable before being appointed in August 1920. Served in Auckland 1920-30, Rotorua 1930-34; Palmerston (Otago) 1934-, where he retired. Clasps issued 1942, 1950 and 1958. Wills (1990).
