missing stamp, with handstamped red "DAMAGED BY / WATER" and pencil annotation on the front and reverse "Marika crash". Not listed by AAMC. Nierinck states " The airplane crashed on Flinders Island (Tas). The 4 occupants lost their lives. The mail was recovered". Not priced by Nierinck, RARE.
