Notes:This work is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Papunya Tula Artists which states: 'This painting depicts designs associated with Yirangna, just to the west of the Kintore community. The lines through the painting represent the sandhills surrounding the site and the roundels are rockholes. A large group of women visited this site to gather the seed known as mungilypa or samphire from the small fleshy sub-shrub Tecticornia verrucosa. These seeds are then ground into a paste which is cooked in the coals to form a type of unleavened bread. The also gathered the berries known as ngamunypurru or conkleberry from the shrub Carissa lanceolata and the kampurarrpa or desert raisin from the small shrub Solanum centrale.'
