  A rare, masterfully carved one-piece, non-barbed bait hook made from whalebone; enhanced with raised, carved decoration on the out-curve and at the apex of the shank; fine but robust muka cord attached to top. Signs of significant use. Collection number inscribed in black ink: 'WEB COL 486'.
