Hinged twin rails to three rail crossover spray in 18ct yellow gold set with lines of round modern brilliant cut diamonds to evenly placed cabochon polished rubies of sizes to suit the design. TDW approximately 1.80ct, TRW approximately 3.82ct. Gemologist's report available. -
