81pp typed report, folding plans, maps, diagrams & tipped in photographs (one loose), signed by Bradfield & Butler on page 81, stamped 'Copy' on front page, bound between navy buckram boards held together with three paper fasteners, From the Library of Kathleen M. Butler (1891-1972), Secretary to J.J.C.Bradfield, on numerous occasions Bradfield acknowledged Butler's assistance in developing the tender specifications, she acted as chief publicist for the bridgeís construction and was generally the spokesperson when Bradfield was away, she was held in high regard
