Set to the top with an approximately 16mm cultured button pearl framed by pavé-set brilliant-cut diamonds to split shoulders each claw-set with three marquise-shaped diamonds bordered by pavé-set diamonds, the diamonds together stated to weigh 2.30 carats, size I, indistinctly signed Ella Gafter. -
