Set to the top with an approximately 15mm cultured button pearl framed by pavé-set brilliant-cut diamonds to shoulders each half collet-set with three emerald-cut diamonds bordered by pavé-set diamonds, the diamonds together stated to weigh 3.72 carats, size I, indistinctly signed Ella Gafter. -
