  A George III satinwood and sabicu bonheur-du-jour, attributed to George Simson, circa 1790
  with a gallery back above an open compartment and drawer, the extended lower section with a fall front fitted with an arrangement of compartments, drawers and a leather tooled writing surface, finely veneered throughout with fiddleback panels, contrasting cross banding, blonde and ebony stringing, and raised on tapering square section legs with petite brass casters
