  Songye Divination Bowl with Figure, Democratic Republic of the Congo
  there is a Belgium Congo hexagonal two franc coin embedded into the basket at the base of the figure. This coin dates from World War II. The coins were minted by the Philadelphia Mint for the Belgium Government-in-exile and contain an error - the letter 'c' was left out of BELGISCH. After the war the coins were removed from circulation and had become difficult to find before 1960.

  The Peter McCabe Collection. Professor McCabe is an internationally respected research geologist. He has been an avid collector of tribal art for over 45 years and is a former President of the Oceanic Art Society. Most of his African collection was acquired in North America prior to 2005.
