• Notes:
  'Angel' represents one of Halpern’s most significant public works. Commissioned for the 1988 Bicentennial celebrations, the full sized statue has become a Melbourne icon. Originally adorning the south moat of the N.G.V. (National Gallery of Victoria), Angel now has pride of place on the north bank of the Yarra River at Birrarung Marr.
