The lozenge shaped plaque centres a collet-set oval-cut amethyst against stripes of black onyx, circular-cut diamonds and red coral within a border of alternating lines of circular-cut and baguette diamonds, the amethyst and diamonds together weighing approximately 5.80 and 2.64 carats, approximately 28 x 65mm, signed BVLGARI. -
