  Of five pointed star design, centring a round cabochon sapphire, the rays accented with brilliant-cut diamonds, the sapphires and diamonds together weighing approximately 7.71 and 0.33 carats respectively, mounted in platinum and 14ct white gold, diameter approximately 19mm, screw-back fitting.
