  Tuesday June 16th, 1936, total of 40 signatures including Jack Metcalfe (the only medallist at the games in the triple jump), Dunc Gray (who carried the flag at the opening ceremony), Doris Carter (one of only four women in the team), Gerald Backhouse, several team officials & NZ athlete Cecil Matthews. The menu is inscribed on the front to Jeffery Farnol from Australian boxer Les Harley, Jeffery Farnol was aboard S.S.Mongolia returning to England from a trip to India.
