The Kirk Collection
The Kirks have always been Collectors with an eclectic range of interest from Roman Antiquities, Early Australian Jewellery and Tasmanian Convict Pieces (not to mention V2 and Saturn V rocket items!) which now form part of the Auctions proudly presented by Theodore Bruce.
While living in Nubeena, near Port Arthur the Kirks were involved in the local History Association and partook in archaeological digs. This led to a fascination in Tasmania's history. All items have been purchased from Antique Dealers in Oatlands, Campbelltown, Hobart, New Norfolk and Launceston. The collection of Australian jewellery with a Tasmanian theme came about while living in Perth and dreaming of a sea change to a cooler climate. Pieces were bought from Antique shops throughout Australia and as far afield as America where the Gemstone Southern Cross Wishbone Brooch was bought.

This is a timed online format auction, meaning that bidders can participate in the auction via computer only. Bidding for the first lot closes at 2pm, with a 1 minute delay between subsequent lots.
Please be aware that it is possible to bid on Theodore Bruce's sales through two websites, which attract different fees. If you bid through Theodore Bruce's site, there is no additional fee to bid online, however, if you bid through Invaluable's website, there is an additional 3% fee (on top of the buyer's premium) which is charged by Invaluable.
