  Of cluster design, centring a cushion-shaped sapphire stated to weigh 12.65 carats, claw-set within an open work geometric surround pavé-set with brilliant-cut diamonds, between open work shoulders centring a line of collet-set baguette sapphires flanked by diamonds, the small diamonds and small sapphires together stated to weigh 0.47 carat and 0.39 carat respectively, size L, signed Canturi .
