Modelled as a ladybug applied with red enamel wingcases, the spots and thorax embellished with pavé-set diamonds and the eyes accented with cabochon blue sapphires, the diamonds together weighing approximately 1.35 carats, length approximately 31mm, signed Tiffany & Co. -
