    WAR SERVICE - A Collection of Badges & Insignia Reflecting The War Service of Christiana Laurie Seaman (nee Bell) in Both World Wars
    Christiana (Chrissie) Seaman married W.Laurie Seaman in 1924, then lost him in 1928 in the blizzard at Mount Kosciuszko, she had two sons Bruce & Laurie. During WW1 she worked with the Voluntary Aid Detachments (VAD) as a Transport Driver, the collection includes two badges & epaulettes. In WW11 she was An Accredited War Correspondent and was sent to Darwin & Cairns to report, collection includes her Press Pass, Identification Card & various badges.
