modelled as a lively tableau depicting a bespectacled gentleman seated in an ungainly manner astride a goat, elaborately attired in a brightly patterned coat and a tri-corn hat worn at a jaunty angle, the model adorned with a tailor's accoutrements, including an iron, a pair of scissors, a pin cushion and a ruler, incised '107', stamped '58' and underglaze blue crossed swords mark
