  Composed of thirty-five off round cultured pearls of grey hue graduating from approximately 15.13 to 11.19mm, completed by an 18ct gold box clasp centring a medusa plaque framed by circular-cut coloured and near colourless diamonds between a Greek key pattern, inner circumference approximately 530mm.
