the oval bowl on ball feet with a raised handle, enamelled with a swan & scrolling flower motifs in turquoise, blue & green on a white ground,
H 9 cm Dia. 6.5 cm -
Notes:Gustav Klingert set up silver workshops with his four sons in Moscow in 1865. Originally the Kovsh was made from wood and used to serve & drink mead, with specimens excavated from the tenth century
