  (10th - 15th Feb. 1961) hand-written "ALLOWANCES" ledger sheet (double page) listing the Australian players, the umpires and officials, how much they were paid and signed by each recipient. Simpson, who top-scored in both innings received a cheque for £99/5/-; Richie Benaud (Captain) received a cheque for £99/5/-, Wally Grout £99/5/-; Lindsay Kline £85/-/-.
