Held at the New South Wales' Cricket Association's Rooms, Sydney, on Thursday, January 14th 1909" 30 pages, typed; original record of the meeting. Present on behalf of the Board were Col. Foxton (Qld), W.P. McElhone (Hon. Sec.), Frank Iredale (NSW), G.M. Evan (S.A.) & G.P. Barbour (NSW). Present on behalf of the Players were Clem Hill (S.A.), Monty Noble (NSW) & Frank Laver (Vic.).
