This vintage Blanc de Blanc Sparkling wine, made in the “methode champenoise” style with 68% Chenin Blanc and32% Chardonnay, showcases the ability of Aravina Estate vineyard to grow pristine fruit that is suited perfectly for high quality sparkling wines. A bright straw colour with a golden hue, the nose is ripe with green apple, stone-fruit and lifted brioche coupled with the subtleties of French oak show class and sophistication.
