  Very Rare Dance Mask. Torricelli Mountains, Sanduan province, New Guinea. Early 20th C
  51 cms. Wood with ochres. Little is known of the masking traditions of this region, however, almost certainly a dance mask. Only about 6 of these masks have ever been recorded making this example quite rare.
