    with double walls of pear shape rising from a straight foot to the narrow waisted neck, the outer wall carved with a peony scroll bearing two blooms among foliage in openwork below an incised band of clouds and upright leaves, covered overall in a sea-green glaze apart from a ring within the footrim burnt orange in the firing
