  Selina's inspiration for this painting comes from the shapes, colours and designs she observes in her country, Antarrengeny, situated in the Utopia region of central Australia, in particular the Spinifex grass plains that dominate this landscape. The background dot work imitates the landscape on which the Spinifex grows.
