  Vellum-covered with customer’s name and address “Charles Street” inscribed to front cover and title page, with dated transactions in ink throughout. 16.3 x 10.2cm. Bookbinder’s label “A. Thomson, Charles Street” pasted to front inside endpaper.
• Notes:
  Richard Thompson may have been the publican of the Freemason’s Hotel, at New Norfolk; a frequently encountered name in the passbook being “Glenwright”. J.T.Glenwright was to form a partnership with James Boag in 1879.
