    published by Farmer & Settler Newspaper, printed by Marchant’s New Process, Sydney; circa 1916. 24 x 27.5cm, the pages held in place by original red, white and blue ribbon. The inner and outer covers are printed on silk which has been laid down on thin card. Text on the front endpaper continues “The Entire Proceeds of the 1st Edition, 2,000 copies, presented to Anzac Day Fund by The Farmer and Settler Newspaper.”
