    Two Exceptionally Fine Burmese Lacquer Cylindrical Boxes
    known as kun-it with shallow trays for holding betel leaves. One box with a black ground the other with a red ground both finely painted with a mesh design. Yun decoration is made up of tiny lines engraved on the surface of the lacquer object and are then filled with coloured lacquer. early 20th century. [6] H11cm & 9cm
