  Len Castle hand modelled ‘Sea Secret’
  as a stylised kina shell, central small recess with blue glaze, impressed mark to base, pigment washed. Diameter 115.
• Provenance:
  From the collection of Jack Smith. Jack grew up in 1940s and 50s Grey Lynn with the Castle’s as his near neighbour. Jack appreciated the arts community, a builder and yachtie, he kept contact with Len and was a regular supporter. Part of Jack’s collection was sold previously at Cordy’s in March 2010.
