  OFFICIAL PROGRAMME: Printed Official Programme for the Royal Commission for Victoria
  printed in July 1889 for the Dunedin Exhibition later that year. Programme contents include a Classification of Exhibits and receipted on back by Richmond City Council on 1 Aug. 1889.
• Notes:
  The President of the Royal Commission for Victoria was the Honourable G.D.Langridge. A builder in England; he had emigrated to Sydney in the early 1850s; arrived in Melbourne 1853 and went to the goldfields. On his return he supervised building St Kilda Barracks; established a building and contracting business in Collingwood; founded an auctioneering business, which became G. D. Langridge & Son, and the Langridge Mutual Permanent Building Society. He was Mayor of Collingwood 1867 and 1872; a member of the Melbourne Water Supply Board and MLA for Collingwood 1874 to 1891.
