    the columnar boulder deeply carved in the round as a rugged rocky mountain, one side with Liu Hai standing on a rocky ledge watching his toad perched nearby, below a monkey climbing over the pierced rockwork beneath an overhanging pine tree, the reverse with a gnarled pine tree growing from pierced rockwork at the foot of the steep cliffs, the stone of pale even tone with an area of russet markings used to highlight the carving, box
